Surfaces
The tournament will be held on two different surfaces, carpet and hardcourt. For both surfaces, wearing shoes with a smooth, non-marking sole is mandatory.
Directions
There is a direct train from Antwerp Central or Antwerp Berchem to Hove every 30 min. For timetables, check: https://www.belgiantrain.be/en.From the train station, it is about a 10-minute walk to the venue.

If you decide to travel by car, there is plenty of parking space available at the venue.
Registration will open on July 21st between 10AM and 10PM (GMT +02:00).
We are using a new registration procedure. To give everyone an equal opportunity to participate, we opt for a fair and random selection among all who registered during the allotted time period.
This procedure has been discussed with the GLTA board.
Principles of note:
- Everyone who registers between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM has an equal chance of participating.
- We strive to let you participate for all of the events you registered for. You're either all in or all out.
- We strive not to split up registered doubles partners.
We will ask for payment at the conclusion of your registration, but will of course issue a refund should you not be on the main draw and should you not wish to remain on the waiting list.
Payments will be carried out with 'Stripe' so there will be no need for manual bank transfers.
Communications about the draws and waiting lists will be sent out within a couple of days after registering.

Please be aware that once registration is closed, we may have to merge some categories depending on the number of participants in each draw.
We strongly recommend registering with a doubles partner. If you are unable to find a doubles partner, we will attempt to match you with one.

This year we will be opening another fantastic Brilliant Games edition at the Radisson Hotel. This excellent hotel is located near Antwerpen Berchem Station. From there, you can easily get a train to transport you to the venue. It also offers plenty of parking space, and it is within walking distance to the best queer bar in Antwerp, Den Draak!
